The URL that Montgomery had posted with the claim of 80%. I

guess that 80% holds for MO, and more like 70% for super-MO.

I'm sure if you put in the effort you can lose more than that. I've already got plans and have started to do some walking and hopefully I'll be able to join a gym after I have surgery so I can increase my loss. Can someone repost that link???
