certainly isn't out of the realm of possibility for a post-op who is eating

excessive protein amounts (to the exclusion of other nutritional sources) and

massive weight loss.

almost 4 months post-op and still feelin' fab! :)

pre-op: 307 lbs/bmi 45 (5'9 " )

now: 256 lbs (still comin' off!)

I was in ketosis when I did OptiFast 15 years ago. Ketone bodies

smell a bit like nail polich remover, and that is the characteristic

breath odor of somebody in ketosis.
