Then just type in Alder Chips, or ordering Alder Chips. You can fool around with it. Also, on the smoked fish thing. Have you tried Gravlax. It's cured salmon. I think it's Icelandic. But it's easy to make in your fridge. You cure the salmon fillets with salt and sugar and dill and in a few days you have gravlax. It's like lox. It make a lot though.
