Hi. I have found the best place to look up anything on

the web to be www.google.com. Then just type in Alder

Chips, or ordering Alder Chips. You can fool around

with it. Also, on the smoked fish thing. Have you

tried Gravlax. It's cured salmon. I think it's

Icelandic. But it's easy to make in your fridge. You

cure the salmon fillets with salt and sugar and dill

and in a few days you have gravlax. It's like lox. It

make a lot though. If anyone wants the recipe, e-mail
