I used Powerade Zero. To me, it wasn't any worse than diet soda and I tolerated it o.k.Some folks on here probably could give you the recipe for homemade electrolyte drink, or how to use E-lyte, which may be better for you.

I drank E-lyte with some broth, as well as the Powerade Zero during the prep and it went well.--
