Eileen:

You open a capsule or 2 (I use 2 but it might only be 1) of activated charcoal

into a 2 cup container, pour boiling water over it and let it sit until all the

charcoal is settled to the bottom and drink that (I usually let it sit

overnight). You can use the charcoal twice. When you pour the boiling water in,

make sure to have a towel partially covering it or charcoal powder could poof

out the top. I've actually never had this problem.
