It's not typical but it is certainly possible. Have you tried goat

milk yogurt to see

if you have a different reaction?

One thing to make certain of is that your honey is 100% pure honey --

there have been some issues with honey being adulterated with corn syrup.

That said, I needed to limit my honey and fruit significantly in my early

cravings " I did in my pre-SCD days.

Some people have issues with cow milk products. You might try goat milk

yogurt, and see if that works better for you.
