We've done well-cooked green beans and red peppers. He loves both. He's a good vegetable eater except for squash. I did get some squash in him by mixing in honey, butter and cinnamon. He'll be happier when he can have a wider variety of vegetables, although he seems to be settling in to what he can eat pretty well now. We'll stick to cooked fruits for quite a while longer. I keep reading about the 3 month flare and don't want him to get caught badly by it. It's good to have a warning this far ahead.
