Kaiser Health Insurance paying for DS with non-Kaiser docs

I have a friend who is considering having DS surgery but she doesn't think

her insurance (Kaiser) will pay for it since it would be with Dr. Rabkin who

I guess would be considered out of network. Is there anyone on the list that

has experience with Kaiser and DS surgery or knows of anyone that has?

Today is the one month anniversary of my switch. I plan on writing a formal

update but the short story is that I'm doing well and am down 33 pounds per

my scale!
