thanks for the hug, it is a good feeling and i can see the possiblity of getting it down further in time and it sure brings some peace of mind

my sister called earlier and she is going to come over with my nephew this weekend, so i am going to pass on the offer to go to south san francisco, and how are you doing anyways with the legs ? is that getting better for you ? I sure hope so !

Even at near goal, I think Im still considered obese according to

the charts. I havent checked in a while cuz I got frustrated

thinking Ive lost 165 pounds and in a size 10 yet medically Im still

considered obese. Maybe I will get up the courage to check again. Im

4'11 and at 155.

you have got to be kidding me. Makes you feel

like no matter how hard you try and how small you get

you are still not up to par. Now we all know that is

not true and sometimes I feel like if you are

comfortable with how you look then that is that

matters. My healthy weight for me is 140 but medical

books say 120/123 and that is not right for me because

I know my bone structure and its in my genes.

Girl tell me about it. lol. Me and my husband talked

yesterday and he say boy you sure are having a busy

year since surgery. He said I sure would hate to see

your calendar for 2006. I am going to North Carolina

for the weekend (leaving tomorrow night coming back

Sunday) and then me and my sister are taking a week

long cruise to the Bahamas and then we have the Kaiser

beach party in September.

I just had to tell him that I am going to enjoy life

while I can. No more putting things off anymore

because tomorrow is surely not promised. He was fine

with that. So far, so good. I hope it never becomes

a problem. Just have to wait and see what unfolds in

the months down the road.
