Guest guest
Alyssa, You can make savory smoothies with chicken and some broth with yogurt. There are some great recipes for tzaziki too. Mara knows a couple of great ones. I also mix it in with cooked pureed wild salmon- makes like a spread. Yum! I also add loads of sea salt. Mara, I can't do raw garlic so never used it in mine. > > I also mix it in with cooked pureed wild salmon- makes like a spread. > > That sounds good. Just finished my left over wild salmon last night, > but > I'll try with the next bunch. Like with some onion or chives and herbs. That is exactly what I do.. with fresh herbs I get from the farmer's market! It's pretty yummy.. Now if only we had a some kind of bagel (yes, a yummy chip will do) but c'mon.. how good is H&H? Guest guest
Um, eat it without adding anything sweet to it?Ha. I guess I meant eating it without it tasting repulsive, and having to swallow it like medicine. But, apparently some people like it that way..
