Guest guest
Alyssa, You can make savory smoothies with chicken and some broth with yogurt. There are some great recipes for tzaziki too. Mara knows a couple of great ones. I also mix it in with cooked pureed wild salmon- makes like a spread. Yum! I also add loads of sea salt. (Is it a trick question? ) I like it best that way anyway, myself. Mara

Guest guest
Mara, I can do a smidge of raw garlic- just don't do it often (I should do it more.. like in guacamole) I also do a smidge of raw onion. If I really want an oniony flavor to exude I like grate a bit. My husband doesn't like eating chunks of onions anyway so I've cooked/prepped food this way for years. I use the rest of the onion in cooking like really let it sweat in ghee for the base of many things. I love red onions and shallots!! Shallots have been awfully dingy past couple of years. Jodi > Huh. I'm like a garlic fiend myself, put it in everything. > > So you can do raw onion (or do you cook > the onion before putting it in the salmon spread?) but not garlic? > > Interesting. > > Mara >
