Guest guest
Hi , There is a good illegal supplements list at PecanBread.com You want to avoid hidden starches and sugars. I use Freeda Vitamins. They are SCD compliant. Lucy at LucysKitchenShop.com (you have to call to order) carries them, as do a number of other sites. I mistakenly ingested illegals in my supplements for years. So check labels carefully. Or go with an SCD compliant brand. Carol CD 21 yrs SCD 4.5 yrs From: BTVC-SCD [mailto:BTVC-SCD ] On Behalf Of My-Stitches I've figure out a scheme to start making a list/spreadsheet with the supplements I take, ingredients, phone numbers and addresses and start contacting them all to get exact ingredients so I'll get started on that today. Maybe there are some illegals in your supplements - and you are feeling the effects of that more clearly now, without other things distracting your gut. Could be the rice was shielding you from that reaction before. Or something in your diet still needs adjusting. Mara
