Guest guest
Thanks, Kim. I think what you and the others are telling me is very valuable, that we each have a different body that tolerates different foods and at different times of day in some cases. I will tailor my diet accordingly. Another question: I have a lot of pain to deal with what with one thing and another, long story, but I noticed that within a few days of dropping the rice and generally feeling less sick and having fewer bowel fluctuations, that my pain level really went much higher. I've wondered if it could be some sort of detoxing, but it's been several weeks now and when I've had detoxing before it's always just been a few days. Anyone recognize this? Thanks, I learned in the first month on SCD that my body doesn't tolerate most of the intro. diet food suggestions, so I substituted with foods that my own body tolerated the best when I was in a symptom flare. The point of the intro. diet is to eat very easy-to-digest foods (and also permitted on SCD), generally soft and liquid. Kim
