Doesn't matter.

The yogurt won't spoil since it's already fermented, but if it is

beastly miserably

hot where you live I probably would not leave it out all day.

Most people drip about 8 hours - or until they get the texture they

want, more or less

than that. For something incredibly firm or more cheese like in

texture, go longer.
