Guest guest
I was told by my pharmacist the s boulardii didn't have to be kept in the fridge, just a cool place so it should be fine. I don't know about the other one. Guest guest
Hi Ann.. Thanks! It's pretty heart breaking throwing so much food away. I don't even want to count he cost.. On the other hand if this is the reason I haven't been feeling great- it's good to get to the bottom of it. Jodi

Well, you could call the company for confirmation, but it's fermented, so it should be okay. > > Kim chee and suarkraut in there too? Definitely not Unless they've been open for a while and smell off. Or the texture is off. That HV sauerkraut in particular doesn't always have the longest shelf life once its opened, I've noticed. > > And 4 boxes of Yogurtmet starter? no. > > I think ghee and eggs should be fine, right? right. The yogurt theory of your illness always seemed weird to me - this makes a lot more sense. Mara

Guest guest
Hey Mara.. I have gotten sick so many times from Yogurt and probitics that it is like I get over paranoid at times. Not really sure why too much culture would do that- but seems possible. I am very sensitive to this stuff. I chucked the HV kimchee and kraut because it hasn't been tasting right. Both jars were open. But yeah.. I agree with you it gets that bad kind of fizz flavor. Thanks..
