Guest guest Posted September 11, 2009 Report Share Posted September 11, 2009 I wrote to Whole Foods and asked why good heavy and light cream should contain carageenan, and got no answer. The only product that doesn't contain this is half and half. At Wegman's, their own brand of heavy cream does not contain it, but you have to read the lbels carefully.
