...that is great to hear about your bloodwork...do you mind telling us what supplements you are taking? I am 16 days out now and still unsure about what to take....my surgeon is not too specific about them...just recommends certain amounts...thank you!! :-)

what I take religiously.

2 Pre-Natals (Rx)

2 ADEK's

3 Citracal (Remember to take them at a different time then your multi-

vitamins so you absorp your iron.

1 Zinc 50mg (So far no hair loss. I'm knocking on wood!)

70-80gms Protein
