i just buy a huge bag at BJ's and put them in the food processor with olive oil

Anyone able to get Pecan Butter?Nope. I made my own batch yesterday though, and it actually wasn't too hard and turned out super smooth. So maybe when we make our own nut butters we get more like chunky than

creamy?

Nope. I made my own batch yesterday though, and it actually wasn't

too hard and turned out super smooth. Not really 'creamy' like store bought butters but hey =)

And it wasn't really chunky...it was still smooth like nut butter but was more crumbly, I guess. That sounds like maybe it did just need a bit of oil to be more

spreadable.
