Guest guest Posted September 17, 2009 Report Share Posted September 17, 2009 My mom makes a sorbet like dessert for Passover by using egg whites fluffed, with grape juice and lemon and sugar, of course... boil into a syrup on the stove then mix with the egg whites and freeze.
