Guest guest
> I need some help understanding how to increase the fat intake in > order to break a plateau. I have read numerous posts saying that > to break a plateau, you need to increase the fats. How is this > done exactly? That's an easy one. Just eat as much as you can of any and/or all of the following: pork ribs; bacon & eggs & bacon & eggs & bacon & eggs & bacon & eggs; fettucine alfredo; beef stroganoff; porterhouse steak; most Mexican food; and anything else with a MASSIVE fat content. Just pack in the fat 'til you want to barf, and the next thing you know, you'll be peeling of the pounds like it was going out of style! Guest guest
Is this really true? The more fat you eat, the more you lose?? I had some french fries the other day, spent all night from 2-4am every 15 minutes on the toilet, lost a pound in the morning. The next day I ate no fat at all. Had a peaceful night, no BMs at all. Woke up and lost no pounds. Just wondering if this was a coincidence. What do y'all think?
