Rosee/The dreaded denial is official (LONG)

Hi Rosee,

I did not speak to a supervisor, directly. But it sounded like my

case manager was putting me on hold to speak with her supervisor as I

explained my dilemma to her. I do feel comfortable I am getting a

straight story from them (either that or they have mastered the art

of BSing their members!).

Thank you for the words of encouragement. It means a lot to know I

am not in this alone.
