Guest guest
HI Sandi, I still think you have done a marvelous job and it isn't everyone that can say they have lost that much weight in a year? I was wondering what it was going to be like once I get out a year and if I would get so hungry between meals that I start snacking. Especially with excercising, I used to get ravenous after workouts, will the same happen now with my smaller pouch? You know what you are doing, so hang in there. It will happen for you! I had been told by Dr Baggs that the weight you lose at the year mark should be about 80% of your goal? So that seems in line with how you are doing? As for the thirsty thing, I had my first dehydration spell yesterday and it wasn't pretty. I thought I was getting in enough water, but apparently I am not. I am over 30 oz a day, but I also walked super far yesterday all at once, so I really over did it. I had a headache the entire day and every time I went to stand up I was dizzy. So I layed around for the rest of the day sipping away at my water. I am wondering too how dehydrating those vites are that we are taking? Seems I start to get a headache too after I get that calcium pill down? Did you have any problems with headaches and dizzy spells? Have a good day! Guest guest
Any Hood is good! Also Dannon Light and Fit Carb Control is good as well; it has 60 calories and 3 grams of carb.
