There is some gel by Derma E called " Scar Gel " that I got from GNC. It claims to soften, smooth and help reduce the appearance of scars. It does seem to work, but I didn't find it until I was much further post-op than you. It is suppose to work best while the scar is still red -- you might want to give it a try.
