When they started, the Richmond meetings were a different day of the week, but

were rescheduled, carefully done so so that there would be NO conflict with

either of the Oakland meetings. This means that there is an Oakland meeting the

FIRST Wednesday, then the Richmond meeting the SECOND Wednesday, and the other

Oakland meeting on the THIRD Wednesday.
