Guest guest
I bought this stuff, and I found it to be disturbingly terrible... hehehe, I still have some in fact... It is thick like honey, but actually tastes nothing like honey, best analysis: thick cheap whiskey... JMHO I tried mixing it in water, tea, and juice, and wow oh wow, still nasty!! If you can take egg whites (cooked and chopped up at first is OK; the yolks are calorie-rich with fat) or soy products (tofu is tasteless and takes on the flavor of whatever it is cooked in), you don't need fancy powders. Tofu has become one of my favorites, BTW,even before my switch. It can even be flavored with salad dressing. There is even a soy milk called " Silk.
