Guest guest
Jodi, I don't know if black current see oil is legal. All I can tell you is that for me, it works better than borage oil or evening of primrose oil. It has more anti-inflammatory properties than the other two oils .. or so I've read. When I do take it, Itake the Standard Process brand. Standard Process does not have a lot of SCD-legal supplements, but the Black Current Seed oil seems to be okay with my body. The ingredients are: Black Currant (Seed) Oil 320 mg, Gamma-Linolenic Acid 47 mg, Gelatin, glycerin, water, and carob. I realize the carob is not SCD legal. The tiny amount of it does not seem to affect me negatively. Hope this helps. Hannah
