Dunno what stage - seems like some people are better to eat

coconut than nuts. If you can tolerate coconut milk and coconut

flour then you should/might be able to tolerate coconut cream.

Tropical tradition or the supermarket if they have lots an organic or

exotic foods department. Whole foods might have it.
