Lori:

Thanks for the update!! i am 2 weeks out and really

appreciate it!

I was losing weight like there was no tomorrow at

first too. then yesterday i was up a pound and today,

down 1 1/2. it is frustrating. i know what you mean!

I have heard a lot of people say they are more tired

weeks 5-7 than 1-5. Also, I remember one person saying

that weeks 5-7 she had to take meds for nausea.

Well, you sound pretty darn OK!! Take care!

I think what you posted was absolutly great. You are right we pre-op's or

on lookers love to hear all the details.

I am so glad to hear that you are doing so well, and I do have one question,

with all the vitamins and things you are taking, how many pills does that

end up being in one day? Just curious!

Thanks, and continued success

in Pa.

Hi ,

This is what I take:

Breakfast: 1 multivitamin, 1 calcium, 1 vitamin A (when I get these)

Lunch: 1 calcium

Dinner: 1 calcium

Once a week, I also take one Vitamin D. Dr. Inabnet said it was ok to take

other supplements like vit. C if I want to, but I haven't added them in so far

-- not enough room in the tummy and just the smell of the opened vit C jar makes

me gag!
