Re: freezing bananas

-This is good to know, as I thought they would turn brown. I freeze them with

the peel, and then run them under hot water for a few seconds in the sink. The

peel comes off but it makes a mess in the sink.

I peel the banana and then wrap in a piece of foil, twist the

ends and freeze. The frozen banana is easy the cut into pieces. Good for

munching on or smoothies.
