Help with my new dehydrator?

Hi There,

I recently purchased an Excalibur dehydrator from a friend for cheap. This

friend was once a raw foodist and loaned me all these raw food books to give me

ideas on how to use the dehydrator. But it's confusing. It's too much info for

me. It is hard for me to take what I can use from a raw food book for where I'm

at in SCD.

I'd rather hear from SCD people on how they use their dehydrators and get

recipes from you all that I can actually use without having to sift through alot

of illegals. Would you mind sharing your recipes for the Excalibur including

exactly how you make yogurt with it?
