Guest guest
Eileen, I don't believe I do have yeast symptoms. I've had it before when I was on tons of antibiotics but right now I don't believe I do have it. I think I'll avoid this one for now and see what happens. I just found out I'm very low on D and will need to start taking vitamin D3 now. I'm searching for a good quality D3 that's legal. Hopefully I'll find one so I can start taking this asap. Thanks! > > > > I know it's OK, and probably necessary, to take Lactobacillus Acidophilus, but how do I know if I need to take Saccharomyces Boulardii?
