But I am still a bit confused by your mention of "yeast free SCD" since I can't recall seeing any SCD recipes that contained yeast. For example, all the bread recipes I have seen used baking soda for leavening.I'm not Eileen, but I think I can answer your question. Yeast free SCD doesn't really refer to not eating yeast, but to not eating foods that will feed yeast in your gut, like candida.
