Guest guest
I tweaked a simple bread recipe that Marilyn has posted and make it almost every day. It's a flat bread, so it doesn't really rise at all and you can make sandwiches by rolling the fillings inside or cut two pieces. 4 Egg whites - beaten until soft peaks form 3 Egg yolks - beaten separately until foamy Dash of salt 1/2 C Almond flour or finely ground pecans Add yolks, salt and nuts to egg whites and mix gently together. Pour onto cookie sheet (preferably one with holes in it, like a pizza pan) lined with parchment paper and spread to about 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
