called a timer plan that I got off the off track site. Sigh, I just

gotta give it time!!

I'm sorry. I'm sure the extra exercise will help. Make sure you are getting your water in...and don't forget the old Weight Watchers thing, "It's not what you are eating, it's what is eating you." In other words...figure out what things are brooding underneath that are causing you to be a bit self-destructive. At the same time, "Just do it" always works pretty well for me!
