Honeyville Farms almond flour

I just got a second box of almond flour from Honeyville farms. I have to say

that their customer service is VERY good. My first box came with a hole in the

inner bag and lots of it had leaked out and was damp and yucky. They told me to

toss it and sent another box right away. I was hoping that the second box would

be finer flour, but it's still like cornmeal. It tastes good, but there are

definitely big enough chunks to be able to get my teeth on them when I make

something.

The interesting thing is that the second box was clearly labeled " Hughson Nut " .

I had to look at the mailing label to be sure it said Honeyville, which it did.

Obviously, Honeyville buys their nuts from Hughson. So I'm a little confused why

people think that Honeyville quality is better than Hughson.
