HI there,

Take it from experience--don't wait for them to call you. CALL THEM! I was supposed to be called after I started using my CPAP machine and waited with frustration for four months before I spoke up. Turns out I had somehow managed to slip through the follow up cracks and the program was mortified that they had lost touch with me and told me if anything like that ever happens again to be sure and call them.
