What does RESTRICTIVE Mean???

I went to one of the site; Regence Policies on Morbid Obesity. I

think that was the name of the site. Anyway, it was extremely

useful; it had the accepted CPT codes but I was still not able to

discern the meaning of the term 'RESTRICTIVE' in terms of a

Weight Loss Procedure.

Can someone explain this to me?
