Thanks for that I didn't know it was cooked either. There are only 7 veggies in there if you don't count the hot pepper, think something is missing?

Ann,

I haven't tried it yet, (it's in my "good intentions" file) so I can't rate it.

http://online- cookbook. com/goto/ cook?p=rpage & rid=0014B2 & sw=v-8+juice & fr=p%3Dsearch% 26search% 3DV-8%2BJuice% 26mode%3D0 & frd=Search+List

I was surprised to see that it's a cooked juice. Actually wouldn't that make it a vegetable broth?

V8 juice recipe anyone?

I think my cookie baking days are over, the fig drop cookies came out like lace cookies, which I love when they're crispy, these were soggy but tasty. The fig filling came out too runny to make fig newtons so maybe I'll make some V8 juice, I know about the tomatoes and celery, but what are the other 6 veggies? Anyone know? I've got a never used juicer just waiting for me to come up with some good veggie juice recipes.

Thanks Phyllis, I found the ingredients but I don't know the amounts, V8 is different from the recipes you found. I don't know where I'm going to find watercress, I don't think it exists here. I guess I'll experiment!!

The original V8 is made mainly from tomatoes and the juices from seven additional vegetables, specifically: beets, celery, carrots, lettuce, parsley, watercress, and spinach.[

Here's a raw recipe:

On a search I found recipes with very diverse ingredients. I also found both cooked and raw recipes. Actually, I wouldn't know where to start! I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.
