Guest guest
Marilyn, I need to do this. I am feeling extremely overwhelmed trying to fit this in my schedule the next few week-s it's totally stressing me out. I am begining phase two of my alternative Lyme treatment. My brother is going to be here on Sunday for a couple of weeks to help me and then he is going to come back again for a few more weeks. I may experience some intense Herxheimer reactions. I don't see how I can start researching Sleep Apnea between all of this. But how will I heal if Sleep Apnea is not addressed? Jodi

Well, first, you usually need a referral to a sleep lab from a PCP or sleep specialist... your PCP, if a good one, if probably the best. Then the lab has to fit YOU into THEIR schedule! Don't come unhinged. <g> Yeah, I know... I'm telling you that, and this time last year, I was stressing out because it was one more thing on top of the cancer that I really didn't feel able to cope with!
