Hood's Yougurt

My Raley's (My local Safeway & Albertson's don't carry it.) has

Hood's in Vanilla, Peach (Yummy!), Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry,

and Strawberry/Banana. I like it because it has the highest protein

and lowest carbs (no sugars) of any yougurt I've found. 12g of

protein is half what you should get per meal, and at only 80

calories, how can you go wrong?

I think I will try the Strawberry one then Uncle

Timmy. Did you say we could freeze it or is that a no

no?

If you're expecting the equivalent of TCBY, you'll be disappointed.

I tried freezing it, but because of the high water content, it just

turns into an ice cube. I do toss a tub into my protein shakes, ans

it mixes well with those.
