I used one at Providence Rehab Unit in Portland and bought one for the

apartment we used for a couple of months after. It was a great help.

8 inches so you don't have to go down so far. Never heard anyone else using one, but it sure did help!

I used them after childbirth ( c sections and vaginal ) and they REALLY make a difference when you are in pain.
