Guest guest
Thanks, I haven't seen the advice about milk, or been given it either, but I can see how that would be a conflict. Actually Fremont urges us to drink the shakes, even giving us little ones while still in the hospital. I like their nutrition department, they really seem to know what's going on with us. Thanks for satisfying my curiosity. LaWanda At 11:05 PM 6/27/05, you wrote: >Very valid question, and one I'm not sure I have an answer for. Guest guest
Since I have been approved I have lost 13lbs, I love the protien shakes I drink one in the afternoon, it carries me over until dinner and I do not have any cravings at all. I have given up all caloric drinks except for wine( I can't drink to much or I have tremous power surges) Actually My Favorite way to have my Protein is with nonfat milk, sugar free vanilla flavoring and a triple shot of GOOD MORNING coffee blended with ice. Outstanding. I feel better since I have been increasing my protein intake and decreasing all sugars, pasta, bread and rice. I eat any and all vegatable &fruits, and very lean meat. ---> > > > > > > > > >
