Guest guest
Single layers work the best, but if they're really thin you can kind of slop them on. Try putting them on any clean kitchen towel that isn't too rough. (Make sure the towel is on a cookie sheet.) I just made a batch for dinner that didn't cut nicely - some were thick and some were thin and I just spread them on a towel, somewhat piled up, put them into a 250 degree oven, then turned it off and left them in for about an hour. They could have been dried more, but they cooked up nicely (sauteed) and had good texture. For thicker noodles like lasagna I think you have to have them in a single layer. I'm sure that someone else has a lot more experience and better advice than I do, I'm still a beginner myself. Good luck! Liz > Any suggestions on how to solve my zucchini issues?
