And let us not forget the wise words of the Little Engine that Could, "I think I can" turned into "I know I can". I know I can. I know I can. Try saying those words, or some other positive mantra like, "I deserve to be thin. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this." And you start to feel your spirit lift.

With walking...just make a promise to yourself that you will get out and walk everyday...even if it is only for a few minutes. When I'm feeling unmotivated, I say, "OK..I can handle walking for five minutes, right? I mean, I don't want to go to work, either, but I manage that...so I can just walk for five minutes." And then when I'm out there, walking...I prod myself..."Ok...so let me just walk to that tree, and then I'll see where I am." The thing is...get outside. Get the atmosphere, the sun, the wind, the fresh air. That can help alot.

You can do this. You can do this. YOU can do THIS. You CAN do this. You can DO this.

Hop on board.
