That sounds good, Jan. I've made something

similar to this, but not with the peanuts addition.

I bet it would be good with peanut butter as well.

Now if only we could figure out a way to make

some kind of dough for dumplings, because

that would translate right into Asian dumpling

filling. But, I can't imagine it happening...

Yes, Mara. I tried it with chunky peanut butter. It was delicious!
