Guest guest
I'm curious that your doc lets you go off meds- as mine is for meds all the time. She's not a GI, she's just a general practitioner, and she's a family friend. I sort of ditched my GI doc a few months ago when she wanted me back on asacol =)Oh, and I guess I'm eating a lot of carrots...They're in my soup which I eat every day. Is this bad? They were never like that before SCD though. My BMs pass way easier than before SCD, but I still get constipated a good bit. Check out the Olympia shower bidet, here: http://www.hygieneforhealth.com/ They have both an all-cold water and a mixed cold & hot water one. I ended up with the all-cold because that is what they had when I got it. It allows me, when having the occasional round of stickies (which is what I had all the time pre-SCD) to wash myself off and then pat dry. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
