Thanks everyone, so much! Yes, I think you are both right. I realized that one

of my cookbooks that has almond flour recipes in it (the one by Raman Prasad)

has cup measurements for almond flour and then grams in parentheses. So I

looked for a recipe calling for 2 cups almond flour, and it says 220 grams. I

plugged that into a google conversion and it shows 220 grams as being about .48

pounds. So, hooray! Thank you all so much for saving the birthday!!
