Guest guest
½ pound of almond flour equals 2 cups. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. This is right. I found it on a website, and it said that 1 lb equals 4 cups. I think Mara's value was different because it was for almonds, not almond flour. Guest guest
Thanks everyone, so much! Yes, I think you are both right. I realized that one of my cookbooks that has almond flour recipes in it (the one by Raman Prasad) has cup measurements for almond flour and then grams in parentheses. So I looked for a recipe calling for 2 cups almond flour, and it says 220 grams. I plugged that into a google conversion and it shows 220 grams as being about .48 pounds. So, hooray! Thank you all so much for saving the birthday!! > > > ½ pound of almond flour equals 2 cups. Someone correct me if I'm > > wrong. > > This is right.
