Hi all! I'm back from my very relaxing vacation to the Oregon and

Washington Coast. First of all, I have to say that my plane ride was

an absolute joy! I sat in the middle seat (because my son wanted the

window) and my hips (and other parts of me) did not even hang over

into the soul sitting next to me on the other side. Woo-hoo!

We all also went horseback riding on the beach while in Long Beach,

WA. The kids had a great time but I think I had the best time of

all. I didn't even feel too sorry for Brassy (my horse and new Mom).

I could of ridden all day, although my hind quarters where killing

me the next day.

I was quite disappointed when I got on the scale today and after 10

days of no weighing, I was only down 1 pound. How the heck is that

possible?!?!? Yes...I was on vacation and I may have eaten a tiny

bit more but actually I'd say I probably ate less because I was out

of my routine. I brought my protein shakes with me and I had one for

breakfast every morning (like I normally do) and then I had small

bits for lunch and for dinner. Hmmmm....very disappointing. I have

been on a 5 pound weight loss per week average since surgery. Boo-

hoo!

In 10 days, there were lots of posts so....I don't think I'll get

through all of them. If I missed any new members...WELCOME. If I

missed surgery dates...CONGRATULATIONS. If I missed anyone's

heartache and sorrow...MY HEART AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU.
