Congratulations, Joe, On you 100 pounds weight loss!!! You must feel

wonderful. You were certainly an inspiration to me while I was in

the hospital (with my part 1)--i kept saying to myself " Joe Frost

says he would do it all over again " --so I knew that I had made the

right choice even in my moments (&they were brief) of doubt.

Again, congratulations---100 lbs!!!!!
